Signs of the times

I came across these two adverts tied to railings about 200 yards apart on the same street. I'd never really considered the racial characteristics of plasterers (or any other trades for that matter) but clearly these two feel their nationality is a definite USP (although I suspect what's really being advertised is what they're not...).
