James's Finest Hour of the Day!

This term James is doing 2 more after school clubs than last term, namely animation and cooking. Unfortunately, they both happen to fall on the same day... and that coupled with the fact that he also has swimming lessons at school and his guitar lessons have also just been moved to Thursdays, means that Thursdays are indeed the busiest day of the week by far! His timetable looks like a carefully planned military operation!

However, he seemed to cope well enough and came out of school really pleased with all the additional activities he had fitted in! But I think the cherry on top, was his after school cooking club... in fact he called it his "finest hour"!

Courgette cupcakes were on the menu tonight, and I have to say they were absolutely gorgeous! You can definitely make those again James!!
