happy 87 th birthday nan

This afternoon some of my grandmothers extensive family gathered to wish iris a very happy birthday -nan has 15 grandchildren and now 13 great grandchildren what an achievement - the cards were organised in distinct rows husband and children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and then friends - there were no spare shelves in the place!!

M and myself nearly got ourselves drowned in the surf today not only was it rough dumpy waves but they sent you crashing into the rocks
