Irresistable Fat Cake

The little store here at Miggelenberg sells wild bird food, along with the normal groceries and bags of logs. We bought a couple of bags of bird food to hang up and a fat cake inside half a coconut.

It's attracted lots of blue tits and great tits, some nuthatches, which seem to prefer feeding upside down, and the occasional red squirrel.

This photo is shot at a grainy 1600 ISO on a murky morning through the double glazing of our holiday home, so it's not as clear as your pukka wildlife photographer would like. :-)
