I took this photo early this am....Outeniqua Mountains..

I also had a long discussion with clinic this morning about Inr levels and from now on I will be able to see my readings online, with my own eyes. They, being the clinic apologized for the error.
Yesterday the temperature was 25 and today 14...it is so cold..

and life goes on...
