A new window on the world

... or at least the Forth estuary.

This is platform 1 at Kinghorn being given a new outlook. When they refurbished it several years ago they put up this massive wooden barrier between us commuters and the 15 metre drop to the road. Unfortunately for a lot of people it cut out the opportunity to enjoy the views across the Forth.

I don't know whose initiated this series of windows set into the barrier but at least now the little people can enjoy the views too.

I have no idea why the Hi-Viz guy is on the phone, perhaps he has put it in upside down?
