Sunrise in Orkney

Only day we were up early enough to catch a sunrise was the morning we were leaving to catch the Ferry from St Margaret's Hope to Gills Bay. Alarm set for 6am , showered & sorting things before leaving I looked out of the window & saw this. Quickly grabbed the camera & ran outside....
Had the obligatory bacon sarny on the ferry...to be recommended...then a lovely drive home & our last picnic broke up our eight hour drive home.
