Dillo

I found an Armadillo Skeleton, or what was left of it after the Turkey Vultures had satiated themselves. All week I've been trying to decide...should I blip it or just bury it. It's not a complete skeleton, apparently the Vultures or SomeOther Scavenger spirited away the head and most of the other really interesting parts. I was left with the backbone, pelvis and bit of hide.

So here's A Bit of Armadillo Hide...up closer than you probably care to see. I think it has an...interesting quality to it. Carefully designed over thousands of years to protect it's wearer from predator attacks...sadly, for this Dillo anyway, no defense against the automobile!
