It Rained!

Oh! Did it ever rain!! Thanks for all your prayers, good wishes and rain dances! You danced just right -- it was a wonderful rain! Steady from 10 am on and alternating between heavy downpours that last a few minutes and longer periods of a gentle, soaking rain -- the best kind for a drought-weary land. No wind. No power loss. Perfect. Possibly some more tomorrow.

I took 144 pics and 2 videos. I wanted something to show how wet it was. I got to experiment a lot with various settings and got some nice shots but this was my very last shot and it was my mother who suggested it. It was perfect!

Very, long day but a good one.
