The 'shrooms are here!

Z found this lovely Sparassis crispa or cauliflower mushroom today. It's quite a job to clean it well from all the pine needles, soil etc. - but it's definitely worth it! We found one last year, too. We're really looking forward to eating it later tonight. So now you know what we're doing if we're not commenting.
