First Gardening Attempt!

backblip This is my first attempt at gardening. It's been just over 2 months since moving into the new flat and after removing everything as we weren't sure what was what, I thought it might be nice to finally put some colour back in.

After spending the best part of an hour wandering around Dobbies, I finally settled on what you see above. I really want to work on having a cottage type garden and am open to any suggestions!

I only have a small garden in which to plant things but going from no garden living in Edinburgh tenements to even having a small garden to test my limited gardening skills will be interesting ....
