Knead Knot worry

WBC theme is KNOT this week. I went out to find a massive rope down at some harbour somewhere to tie it into a big knot, but no luck. Ended up exploring Blackness Castle instead.

So when the family pizza dough making experience turned briefly to pleating knot practice before becoming a pizza base once more, I thought that would do as a banker.
