Looking for a ring

B wants a diamond ring - well, we've been married... ooh, a long time... eight or nine years, and we just thought is was about time we got engaged.
So we went to the Jewelery quarter in Brum. We couldn't find anything that fitted the bill (or rather budget) though some came close. I'm going to encourage more looking on ebay.
Then we went to look at the new library. I'm guessing that a tiny tiny tiny percentage of visitors to that place even pick up a book, never mind borrow one.
Nine years - I just checked my back blips.
