Hidden Treasure
Went commuting today, to London with D2 who had various medicals for her new job. An hour to spare on my own with a camera in the heart of the city. Lots of big building photographed ,and statues and querky architectural features as well as people.
Found this glass roofed building in a little alley surrounded by building works. It had the crescent moon and star symbols on the roof spike that made it look Turkish to me, as did the tiles and window shapes. Was it an old Turkish bath, or an old meeting place for merchants from the near east or even a small mosque. Foolish me, its in the city of London so, what ever it used to be, its now a pub. Never mind, it was very well preserved.
