Stripping the Willow

The final dance at tonight's Ceilidh celebrating our friends Katherine's 18th birthday was stripping the willow. For anybody who has danced this dance you will know that you need to be very fit to do it! I danced it with Erica my 8 year old ballerina daughter. She was still bouncing at the end whilst I was in need of medical assistance!
