Don't eat the potatoes

I have been helping Dad in the vege garden this afternoon. We have been taking out all the old stuff and planting new stuff, lots of herbs and potatoes for summer.
I shouldn't try and steal the potatoes before they sprout and are properly planted or there could be trouble.
