A couple miles from my folks' place is Lighthouse Bakery, the only store/restaurant/cafe for miles. They feature fresh, local, delicious everything as well as packaged essentials from environmentally conscious producers. It truly is a lighthouse amid the rural, conservative landscape (both geographical and political) for folks hungering for health.

It's much like this garlic - simple, powerful, impacting. Goodness is always that way, I believe.
