Well this was actually supposed to be a more exciting photo of people in front of the Alhambra at night, but due to the recent loss of my camera it is now a far more boring and quite terrible picture of my faculty building. I am still praying that my camera will show up but no such luck yet...
This picture was taken during an excursion to the Cartuja Campus (where my faculty is located) in order to matriculate. Typically once there we discovered that this is not possible until the 1st October. However they were willing to sign various forms I need for Edinburgh, which of course I haven't printed out yet. So there's still a lot of admin to be done! Of course the only thing to be done after this fruitless trip was to go and have yet more tapas.
Friday night was another massive welcome party at a club called El Camborio, possibly the most picturesque club I have ever been to. Located in the Albaicín area, the building itself is more like an old villa than a club and has a spectacular view of the Alhambra. Of course many photos were taken but later that night my camera went missing. Whether it was stolen or fell out of my bag I don't know, but it disappeared. Despite phoning the club, which is conveniently only open from midnight, several times it doesn't seem to have turned up unfortunately... But fingers crossed.
