Today was a wasted day!!

Ended up staying out till 3am at Meg & Andrews house last night. Was a really good night and I thought I had been fairly restrained with my drinking. However, in our rush to meet the guys at the pub I skipped over eating properly and have been sorely reminded today that soup doesn't make for a good pre-drinking meal.

Felt horrendous this morning, and it's only been as of 2pm that I can keep water down. Worst hangover since May last year, thank god they don't happen this bad very often any more! (Mainly cos I've stopped drinking quite as often during the course, can't handle hangovers and lectures!).

May have some exciting news - Meg & Andrew were looking after Minvera, who is a lovely black cat that belongs to Emma. Minerva went missing for 5 months last summer so Emma ended up getting another cat (Daenerys). Unfortunately the flat she lives in isn't really big enough for two cats, although M&D did tolerate each other. So Minerva went to live with Meg & Andrew, but they are moving out of their house next week.

So to wrap it up, they have been looking for someone to take in Minerva until Christmas when Andrew is hoping to have his own flat again & be able to take her back. Craig & I offered to have her last night and Emma seems to be happy with the decision. She still pays for all the food plus vets bills etc, so potentially we may be fostering Minerva for a few months :)
