Out and about in Dublin...

with my sister and brother-in-law for Culture Night. This is outside Smithfield Art Tunnel. It wasn't open when we went past first, but we popped in later in the evening to have a look at the artworks and listened to stories and songs. We also went to the Irish Film Institute for a guided tour of the archives which was wonderful. I didn't take any photos inside as it felt intrusive to do so but I loved hearing about their conservation work and seeing some wonderful clips from the archives including a Seamus Heaney documentary and a clip of Orson Welles in a short Irish film. Great stuff.
