Breakfast

Desert island Discs, a cup of tea and poached eggs on crumpets.
Last night was really a practice run and I still had eggs and crumpets to use up.
Food photography is always a bit weird in that you imply that this is something you've just knocked out and have taken a quick snap before tucking in.
In reality I practised the the recipe last night, had to clear and dust my windowsill (where the best light is) and arrange the shot.
After all that I got my breakfast.
And I'm not convinced this is the best picture I took but it does encapsulate my breakfast
