Ilkley triathlon

Today has been a wonderfully sunny day , got out first thing for a quick 20 mile bike ride and on the way back saw that it was the Ilkley triathlon . After returning home and getting changed a few of us walked back down to watch the action , it was good to meet up with some old friends that were taking part in it one year I will give it a go .
