Rhubarb
Today I've mostly packed most if my belongings up, ready to move on Saturday. I've almost made vast amounts of rhubarb, chilli and ginger chutney, as I wanted to use things up so we have less food to cart along with us. The rhubarb was hanging around in the freezer waiting to be used, so I figured it'd be easier to make a chutney than decide what to do with it next week!
