Scarecrow Festival

Dunston Scarecrow Festival takes place in the picturesque village of Dunston, Lincolnshire every Septemeber.

It was a gorgeous sunny day felt like Summer around 23 degs., and I had wanted to make the most of it as there will not be many more I'm sure for a while anyway.

However, Blaine woke up at 5am with a nosebleed and that usually can only mean one thing, he's caught a cold, he had been sneezing a lot yesterday, so I kind of expected it. Once the nosebleed had stopped and he got back into bed and slept, he woke up a few hours later complaining of a sore throat and feeling blocked up but he was fine about going out so we headed for the Scarecrow Festival and followed the scarecrow trail so we could place our vote for our favorite at the end. There were some really great entries, this one wasn't my favorite but it was my best photograph between them all.

Walked and walked and walked, so feeling bushed!
