The Alternative Sunday Lunch
Today I learned how to use tamarind and ghee, making Rick Stein's Yesterday's Fish Curry (aka Jenny's Day After Curry). I cooked this for lunch and it tasted pretty good. A little work on the presentation wouldn't go a miss though...I think Vin needs to work on his chopping-coriander-and-spreading-it-in-a-pretty-way skills. This is the alternative Sunday lunch we enjoyed in the sunny garden this afternoon and the title would suggest it's going to taste even better when I have leftovers for my lunch tomorrow.
