From dogs to fish!

We had Sunday lunch early today so just had a Tuna sandwich, with mayo and spring onion. We usually put celery and chopped up boiled egg in it as well but couldn't be bothered!

A few months ago we (I) decided that we are only going to buy Pole and Line caught Tuna, preferably Maldivian. It costs a little more but after spending 7 months in the Maldives I appreciate how poor most of the population is and this goes a little way to support their fishing industry, rather than the huge trawlers that catch the Tuna with nets.
It is definitely a better quality as well. I opened that tin and after tipping away the spring water I tried to squeeze the additional water out of it, there wasn't any. Lovely dry chunks of Tuna, which I didn't used to like but I do now.
