RUN . . . RUN . . . RUN

Another beautiful day today – perhaps too hot for these runners starting the Filey 10K Run this morning along the stoney beach.

They got strung out fairly quickly as you can see – hope they did not know what was in store for them. The last 1K was up a very steep hill -not a kind course at all.
I got caught out too - so had to use my phone, with in-house processing, for this shot.
