Winter: this morning I used a bath bomb left over from Christmas, smelt deliciously of cinnamon and Christmas spices...

Spring: having thought our roses had finished for the year, I was pleasantly surprised today to see that this warm spell has brought on lots of new buds...

Summer: it's been overcast all day, but so warm and muggy, 21 degrees...

Autumn: jam making Sunday, using yesterday's pickings. After having ruined the last batch, I was so worried about over-boiling the sugar, I think I might have underdone it this time, oh well, we'll see. As they say, the proof is in the pudding/jam!
