Alex's Magic book birthday cake

...lovingly made and transported from Canterbury by his big brother Greg, to arrive at 10:30 this morning so that the Dungeoneers (see yesterday) could have cake on the birthday!

It was a big hit and they tucked in to it to follow the reheated pizza that they had polished off for breakfast!

They retired into their sleeping bags about 1:00 and reappeared about 8:30 to continue the game in their jimjams! They went up to dress when we were notified the cake was on it's way! and then played more and finally departed around mid day.

1 x 24 packs of crisps
6 x 12 inch pizzas
4 x 2litre bottles of sundry fizzy pop
half a birthday cake!

We had Roast beef and Yorkshire puds - one of Alex's faves - so his 14th birthday was a great success!
