Not my greatest effort...

I baked these cupcakes because today is the last day of National Cupcake Week and I somehow missed the memo.

Anyhoo, I had grand plans to pipe on big buttercream roses but a lack of sleep and a general feeling of CBA took over, so they've been given a water icing and sprinkles topping instead.

Meh...
