They are rebuilding the Utrecht store and have improved the restaurant. Alex was a bit disappointed to not be allowed ice cream (he can't have soft ice cream from a machine as it might make him unwell). In other news, today my brother ran a half-marathon in the name of Alex. He did really well; completing it in 1h 50. He raised money for our chosen charity, the pancreatic cancer research fund. Childhood Leukaemia's survival rate has increased from 4% in the 1960s to more like 90% now. Pancreatic cancer's survival rate remains unchanged at 3%.
