Halfway home

This is the view I like most on my way home from my massage course. It is the first glimpse of the sea after being in the city for the weekend. It also marks the halfway point.

Rest of the journey is pretty much spent driving along the shore and the road just gets quieter and quieter until I finally turn off on to our wee single track road and then finally our windy drive and up to home and a purring cat.

Tinged with a little sadness however tonight. Was sad to say goodbye to all my classmates this afternoon. All really lovely folk and it will be strange not to meet up with them all as usual next month. I really hope to cross their paths in the future.

So this view of a gorgeous sunset over Ailsa Craig was a fitting end to a great 9 months spent with really great people. Good luck to us all out there now in the real world!
