Megginch Castle Orchard

Doors open day at Megginch Castle and their heritage orchard and kitchen garden.
A golden afternoon, with home bakes, a fruity treasure hunt and a velvety grey rescue whippet named Inca. Mum and myself inveigled our way into the big house to use the lavatory, very Downton but more shabby than chic.
We also had our dinner outside on our decking- in Scotland and its nearly October!
