Patch Of Sun On The Mainland

The sun eventually burst through today and did a lovely job of highlighting the Hills of Morvern as I came back up The Sound this evening.
I had a very odd moment in the castle today when I said hello to a couple I recognised and then suddenly realised it wasn't from Mull that I knew them, but my previous job back down in Englandshire! Even more bizarrely they don't exactly have a common surname but signed the visitor book straight after another couple with the same surname who were over from Canada. Together with some other goings on I feel I have to quote Albert E. Arkwright and say "It's been a funny old day"
