Berry Nice

Hawthorn berries at the local stables. Trees and bushes everywhere seem to be loaded with them at them moment. Old wives will tell you that it means we're in for a bad Winter. I've also read recently that it just means it's been a good year for berries. I like the the 'glass half full' ethos in that second explanation much better.
