The Sampling

Tonight is the night for another Equinox party. It has become customary for Brad to provide a keg from Brew Brothers for the event.

It is also our routine to set everything up on the deck (or in the house if it's Winter) a few hours before the first guests are expected and then kick back to enjoy the product of malt, hops, water and yeast. The stresses of getting ready for the party evaporate remarkably quickly.
