chilli jelly .............

no not ice cream and jelly (well maybe) ........ this homemade chilli jelly goes real nice with some cheese and biscuits, and keeps for 6 months ......... made from tomatoes, lemons, chilli's, sugar, water ...... only wee challenge i have is ensuring it sets, which all those jam makers out there will know about 104° setting points ......
