Silk workshop

On the weekend of Journées du patrimoine, we are allowed to visit places usually closed to the public.
This year I chose to visit a silk workshop, Lyon being famous for its centuries-old silk trade.
This shot was taken in the workshop of one of the oldest manufacturers, Tassinari & Chatel. They provide silk fabrics to adorn palaces and government rooms all over the world. Have a look at their website!
