Aiden Byrne

Aiden is the head chef at newly opened restaurant and bar Manchester House.
Set up by Living Ventures it's after Manchester's Holy Grail, a Michelin star!
The bar on the 12th floor is fantastic with 4 smoking areas dotted around the outside open to the elements and all with fantastic views.
It's not often that the smoking areas have the best seats in the house but it happens here.
The food is rather good too.
