Is it all downhill from now?
Returned from walking holiday in France - silk socks didn't work - had to take the anti-biotics for chest infection - couldn't complete the final optional walk as I arrived at the last hotel in a state of collapse as uphill long walks are not a good idea with a chest infection!
Dentist today, who has discussed my 'unusual' case with colleagues and the opinion is that one of my BP tablets is causing side effects with my gums, so expected treatment not given and I now have to try and get an appointment with my doctor - and you all know how easy that is!
The good news is that I am feeling better and ready to tackle these problems!!!
