Finding Noddy

Found this little fellow dangling from the ladder on the back of a workman's van on my lunchtime walk today with a work colleague.

No sign of Big Ears or Mr Plod though. Noddy must be enjoying himself as he gave me a big grin as I stopped to take this for my blip today.
