Beautiful sunny day in North-east Scotland. Still in bed frantically trying to finish book before club meeting on Wednesday when Ben, younger son and Rachel's twin, phoned to say he was going to try out his new racing bike and cycle up to see us as it's a local holiday. Not quite from Beijing - but about 25 miles! We'll run him home after tea.
