Sherry Blossom & Tonic Cocktail

This is the Goodge Street Cocktail Clubs cocktail for London Cocktail Week.
It's called a Sherry Blossom & Tonic. It is a very easy twist on an Ultimate Gin & Tonic made with Bombay Sapphire.

What makes it different is that they make a Black Cherry and Sherry Jelly, which can be eaten along side the G&T, or mixed in to the drink. Delicious
