Waltzing lifeboats

We have finally come back aboard after a very frustrating week trying to fit the new bilge pump. We had to grovel about under the cockpit which was a bit dusty and try and cut out the old mounting bracket in order to fit the replacement. New hose was pulled through incredibly awkward lockers but it was finally working.
As we arrived another lifeboat tied up to the one which has been in the marina for a while. A sort of on the spot pirouette ensued so that the outside lifeboat was moved to the inside before the first one motored off. It warms the heart to see how well the crew can manoeuvre these craft.
