Waiting for its glug of brandy

That'll come tomorrow when it's cool. I'm off to India for six weeks on Friday so I wanted to make it before I went. Haven't made one for several years, looking forward to eating it. Richard has instructions to add more brandy every three or four weeks. It's going to be a boozy Christmas!
