Mulled Wine Plum Jam

We picked so much fruit (apples, pears, plums, damsons and sloes) over the weekend that we've had to push the boat out for new recepies. Tonight it's Mulled Wine Plum Jam - using the plonk brought back from France.
Early tasting - it's bloody gorgeous.
