Who says Mondays aren't special

Started the day with breakfast from one of my treasures from yesterday's vide grenier trip.

Long morning catch-up with a very good friend.

Washing

Went for a run.

Worked a little.

Washing.

Hung out with the kids and did a lot of homework-related parenting but in a good supportive way, not a naggy, shouty way.

Cooked dinner.

Washing.

About to watch Breaking Bad.

Today is most notable for noticing how much better I feel and more engaged with the world I am than last Monday. Turns out I've been doing some of these habits of extremely happy people.
