Definitely a Monday!

Well the desert fairies my house tonight and it was most definitely needed!!!! It has certainly been a Monday at work today!!! Desert was courtesy of my mum - this was a pudding I would have loads as a kid and loved it and haven't had for years as I always burn it! Mum came for dinner today as it was her birthday and helped me make it. Today made me a little sad as my mum spent her birthday mainly on her own. This is the first one since my dad died that she has spent on her own! So it just makes me a little sad thinking of her on her own especially as she described today as lonely!! One reason why I hate my job at times as working in schools u can't take casual days off for these reasons!!! But at least she spent dinner with us!! But after the day I have had I am really glad the desert fairy came!!!
