Juno still on rest care, so no wlak this morning.

Cycled to work.

Work was a promise of participation.

Lunch at the anarchy cafe.

Cylced home early as the girls had a game.

Travelled out west, the traffic was heavy thank goodness I left early.

Not a good performance tonight and lost out by one goal.

Frustration starting to show amongst the team.
