Photos of the oddest things

My flatmate came in while I was deciding if this photo was ok to use for today and declared that I do take photos of the oddest things. Well yes, yes I do. Last night I'd noticed a wasp in the kitchen. It seemed a bit dazed and had fallen on the floor a couple of times. Not wanting to step on a wasp first thing in the morning, I set up a honey trap. In the morning, one wasp was three.

The boy took this evening off work to look after me as I've not been feeling very well and this week is more hectic and stressful than normal. It was nice, he's on festival hours at the minute which means I barely get to see him (or at least it feels that way).

I may have mentioned I don't much like the Festival. Tomorrow i have to make 4 trips through the centre of town. Yes, I may brave a detour on to the Royal Mile to get an interesting shot but it will also probably be accompanied by a rant.
